BIRCH, Diane Frances – Passed away at home with palliative care on May 13, 2017 in her 69th year, after being diagnosed with late stage cancer at South Lake Regional Health Centre on April 16, 2017. Loving wife of John Ralph Birch. Great great aunt of Carter Harris, 5 years of age. Sister of Arlene, Janet, Gordon and Barbara. Daughter of the late Elsie and Norman Bone.

Diane graduated from York University and worked as a teacher for over 30 years. The family would like to thank the nurses at Southlake.

At Diane’s request there will be no funeral, but a memorial celebration of her life with friends and family will be held at Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street South, Newmarket, on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at 1 pm.
