The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Randell "Randy" Leamen can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Heather & family
I was posted with Randy at Newmarket Det in 1991. We worked on different sections there and then the detachment was relocated but we would meet occasionally. Now,some 25 years later, I vividly remember a quiet spoken, dedicated RCMP fellow with a constant smile and always interesting conversation. A true "Mountie" ! He made a big, positive impression in the short time I knew Randy. Enjoy the memories of a great fellow.

Condolence: My condolences on the passing of Randy. I am deeply saddened by the loss that your family has encountered. May my condolences bring you comfort and may my prayers ease the pain of this loss. I spent 6 months training with Randy at the RCMP Depot and I have to say he was an outstanding person. After Graduation we bought headed out to different parts of the country never to meet again. I'm quite sure Randy was an excellent policeman, husband and father. Heather just so you know I was the member at your wedding day. Knowing Randy I am quite sure he will be dearly missed. My prayers are with you and your family.

Condolence: I met Randy at the annual Mothers Day camping at Algonquin Park. This was most definitely an experience that was extraordinary and fulfilling. We played guitar together And it was good. He was a natural story teller with a distinctive style who entertained everyone there. Singing songs with him, jamming and filling the night with good times will always be cherished by me and I was blessed to know him. I am crushed by this loss of a wonderful man and my heart goes out to family and friends. Will miss our times together singing and laughing at the campground. Thank you my friend Rande.

Condolence: Dear Heather, Gail and your family, I am so sorry to hear of Randy's passing. He had such a calm, quiet way about him but I knew underneath was a man with great wisdom, kindness, loyalty and of course, his musical talent. He seemed to go quickly and far to early. I realize you are left with a huge void but he has left many wonderful memories and you will always have those with you. My prayers are with you at this difficult time.
