BATEMAN, George Charles - Passed away peacefully at Bethell Hospice in Inglewood on Wednesday, July 5th, 2017 in his 75th year. Loving husband to Millie (nee French) of 53 years. Proud and loving father of Janet (Greg Timms), Danielle (Peter Kalafatis) and Craig. Predeceased by beloved father George Bateman Sr., grandmother Sadie Bateman, and mother in law Janet French. Loving nephew of Doris Millar and the late Marjorie Stacey. Remembered by family Lenore, Steve, Nadine and Loni Kolas, Betty, Brian, Melissa and Andrew Kivinen. Will be sadly missed by many family and friends.

Visitation will be held at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main St. S. Newmarket on Monday, July 10th, 2017 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. followed by a funeral service in the chapel at 11: 00 a.m. Interment to take place at the Newmarket Cemetery.
