It was such a pleasure working with your dad in the OPP and of his days playing Santa. We had many happy times travelling back and forth to 125 Lakeshore from Brampton. So sorry to hear of his passing.

Condolence: Steve and family: Our condolences on the passing of George. We have great memories of your dad while he was safety officer at Caledon Central school, camping at Killbear and at your home Christmas eve. Whatever the occasion it was always fun with lots of laughs and jokes and maybe a wee dram of rum! He always teased me about the pogo stick in the kitchen (another storty). I konw he will be missed. Our very best wishes to you all.

Condolence: He was a surrogate grandpa, filling in as "santa clause", letting up ride his police cars toys, barbecue's and swimming at his house. George always gave us lots of hugs and told us his funny jokes. He loved watching Ashley and Michael grow into the wonderful individuals they are today. He was proud to have Steve by his side through everything and loved Cathy for her support as his daughter-in-law. He will be missed, but he blessed us with so many wonderful memories.

Condolence: Steve, Cathy, Ashley, Michael & family, my sincerest condolences to all of you, Uncle George was one in a million a gentle giant, with a kind heart. My childhood memories are filled with family BBQ's tons of meat on the Q, laughter outdoor adventures and quality time together. We had long chats about law enforcement as the years passed by and I found my way into a career in Municipal Law. He would give his shirt off his back to anyone in need, and for a few years while he worked at Ontario Place he had to go just that due to the sea gull population. From time to time I'd meet him at the front gates so I could take in a favourite artist playing at the Form.. Always greeting you with a big hug and kiss,, and I love you Lor... I can't even imagine the lifetime of memories you shared with him and the loss you all feel. Hopefully as the hours and days pass you can find happiness in your memories of a lifetime shared with such a wonderful man. RIP Uncle George as you join the many angles watching over us.. Love to all cousin Lori xoxox
