Obituary for Jeanette Elizabeth Cos

Passed away peacefully at home after a courageous battle with cancer on November 5, 2017. Jeanette Elizabeth Cos (nee Guy) of Newmarket at 54 years of age. Jeanette was the loving wife of her best friend Steven for over 27 years. Loving and caring mother of Christopher and Travis. Loving and cherished daughter of Ruth and the late Leslie Guy of Lindsay. Dear daughter-in-law of Moira and the late Pierre Cos of Belleville. Dear and loving sister of Ronald (Melanie), Robert, Ross and Tracy. Dear sister-in-law of Peter (Sorina), Jeffrey (Leanne), Douglas (Corrine) and Audrey (Sebastian). Jeanette will be fondly remembered by her many cousins , nieces and nephews. She will also be missed by her special best friend Rylee of 8 years, her Bernese Mountain dog. Special thanks to Dr. So, Dr. James and Nurse Chandra at the Cancer Center, Vicki at CCAC and her PSW’s Monica, Suga, Helen, Rachael, Rebecca and Katie. Also her amazing nurses Cindy, Alona, Ruby and Slava. Cremation has taken place and friends and family may join us at a Celebration of Life on Saturday, November 25, 2017 from 2-4 p.m at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home Reception Facility. In Jeanette’s memory, donations may be made to the Stronach Regional Cancer Centre at Southlake Regional Health Centre or Autism Ontario - Hamilton-Wentworth Chapter.
