The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of John Hambrock can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Dear Pam, daughter and grandchildren,
I am not sure if you remember me but I do remember your family - especially John - very well. I managed your co-op from March 2014-October 2015. I would like to send you my heartfelt condolences for your painful loss. I do remember John often on your porch enjoying the fresh air or along with your daughter and your grandchildren. He enjoyed telling me about the German heritage of your family. He had a lot of humour and was always in good spirits, someone who cherished his family more than anything else. He was very humble and enjoyed his neighbors. I know his death is a very big loss and I wish you and your family the strength and the patience to deal with the gap he leaves behind. Everyone of us has a different path and way to deal so do not let anyone prescribe your personal grief journey. Regards, Lana
