I cried when I read the beautiful tribute you wrote in the obituary. What a blessing you have been to Becky and together Becky and you changed the world for people with disabilities. I am so honored to have known her through Voices of Joy where she was truly a "joy". Her lovely smile and her gorgeous hair and cheerful attitude and her participation were so amazing to me. My heart goes out to you and your family and I thank you for your courage, steadfastness, committment and love you brought to all of us through Becky. I fully intended to attend her service but missed the change of date. When I was checking this evening I discovered I missed it. My loss. I know it would have been a blessing for everyone. I am deeply sorry for the loss of Becky. I was introduced to Becky at one of the integration action events I was part of Katherines support circle. Then life happens but we met again at bake fest and right away I see that beautiful smile that I remember from days ago. She’s a wonderful woman. She has inspired so many people-including mine.
