HARDIMENT, Raymond Ernest – Passed away peacefully on Sunday March 4, 2018 at the age of 64. Loving husband and best friend of 41 years to Marie. Beloved father to Valerie, Colette (Kent) and Dean (Michelle). Fun Grandpa and Poppi of Jade, Jack, Kenleigh and Ophelia. Ray was born on January 16, 1954 to George and Dorothy Hardiment of Scarborough. He is survived by his siblings Barbara Davidson and Philip Hardiment. He will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, and extended family. Friends call at Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street South, Newmarket for visitation on Friday March 9, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at St. Johns Chrysostom Church, 432 Ontario Street, Newmarket on Saturday March 10, 2018 at 2 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Test Your Limits, in support of research in heart failure and transplantation at the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre at University Health Network.
