Dow, Carolynn Merle passed away peacefully at the Southlake Regional Health Centre in Newmarket, on Monday, March 5, 2018, in her 58th year. Loving wife of Stephen Dow for 31 years. Beloved mother of Allison, Mitchell, and Zachary. Sister of Sandy and Jeff. Daughter of Dan and Audrey Hibner. The family would like to thank the extraordinary ICU staff at both the Health First Cape Canaveral Hospital and the Southlake Regional Health Centre.
