It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Anna Lutz on March 28, 2018, in her 70th year, at Southlake Regional Health Centre. Anna passed in the early morning of cardiac failure in the ICU. She fought courageously for her life over the past two weeks but sadly her heart could not endure anymore. Loving wife to Paul Lutz of 48 years. Beloved mother of Eric (Sebastian) and Kevin (Robyn). Daughter to the late Paul and Walentyna Konopacky. The family would like to thank the nurses at Southlake Hospital for all their care and support.
