Leslie Chancellor & Liz Dolan
Foster was a good man, uncle and brother-in law. He was a life long fan of the Leafs and Blue Jays. Foster taught me to dive when I was terrified to go into the water headfirst. He loved his family but really loved his dog! Foster never started a conversation without saying 'you know Betty or you know Leslie'. Foster had some very controversial beliefs, but had solid values. We will miss him! Love Leslie and Liz
