I wish to say how sad I am at the difficult time Joseph experienced for so long. He had an incredible life from his starting point, and achieved so much. My thoughts are with Lilian who has endured some very tough years. Joseph was a remarkable person, very intelligent, capable and caring. He was so special. Pam Burbidge
