The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Tim Moore can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Obituary for Tim Moore

Tim Moore
Thomas Moore (Tim) died peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre on Sunday November 12, 2017. Much loved husband of Nancy, Father and enduring role model to Simeon, and Andrew (Whitney Dale).

Tim was a 40 year employee of the Royal Ontario Museum. He loved that his job was very varied and always interesting. He was an avid HO & Garden Model Railroad hobbyist. Tim was also an enthusiastic volunteer for many years with Newmarket Minor Hockey and Soccer Associations. Tim spent this past summer at the cottage doing what he loved best; demolition and reconstruction, boating, swimming, spending time with family and friends, and sitting in his Muskoka chair reading.

On behalf of Nancy, Andrew and Simeon we extend special thanks to Southlake Regional Health Center medical and nursing staff for their wonderful care and attention during our difficult time

A memorial gathering will be held Sunday November 19th 2 to 4pm at Roadhouse and Rose Funeral Home. Tributes to begin at 2:30
