Condolence: All of us at the McCallum house are deeply saddened with the news of Helga's (Mrs. Preuten's) passing. There are so many great memories from Septonne Ave. This planet now has one less Rock. Mrs. Preuten was a rock and a welcoming dove as she hummed and sang while cooking in the kitchen or enjoying her garden.
From a very young age I watched Mrs. Preuten encourage creativity. From 'The Bar' to allowing pets/animals to be raised under the staircase, in-house sauna to be built after the train set had its time, to a "Pad" in the attic that was one-of-a-kind!! All this while she herself was so very creative with her Borscht soup and Rouladen specialties.
And who could forget the Christmas Eve time at the Preuten's. They were times cherished by many.
God Bless you Mrs. Preuten, you are etched into my life and will forever be remembered. May your next journey be filled with as much love and tenderness as you've given us all here and now.

Condolence:
My sincerest condolences for the loss of a beautiful lady. She and Opa were so much fun. They opened their home and their lives to everyone. Christmas Eve at the Preutens was a tradition and I have always cherished those memories. They were so welcoming.
Heaven will be a much better and kinder place with her in it.
I won't be able to attend the funeral today but I will have you all in my heart and prayers.
